You will find under this page some tips on veg-related activities, hotels and restaurants that I discovered during my travels.

Of yourse I'm not related to them in any way ;) I'm sharing this info because I enjoyed them a lot and I hope that other travellers interested in nature and veg food will enjoy them as much as I did.

Options range from Switzerland to Fiji, just click on the place you're insterested in!

On the way to Edgar's Mission you can stop for a tour of Hanging Rock or Mt Macedon Memorial Cross.

Veg travellers will be surprised to see how many restaurants and cafes have good vegan options in Lancefield and surroundings. Edgar's Mission has a long list of veg-friendly restaurants on its website. We tried The Aspy in High street and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there.

Edgar's Mission

The farm is in Bridies Lane, Lancefield, in the Macedon Ranges (Victoria). The tour is free but visitors need to have a confirmed booking to be able to visit the farm. Bookings can be made on their website at https://www.edgarsmission.org.au/

You can choose between the normal tour (around 2.5 hours) and the kids/shorter tour.

The Aspy is not a vegetarian cafe but apparently they are making a big effort to increase the variety of their vegan options. We liked a lot our lunch, especially the brownie.
