Trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake
There are many guides in Kalaw that offer the trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake. We were very happy with our guide, Kenneth, who was very friendly but yet very professional.

As far as accomodation is concerned, you can choose between homestays and sleeping in a monastery. If you have enough time, I'd suggest the three-day trek with one night in the monastery and one at a local home.
We had a very good cook who took very seriously our dietary requirements and prepared very good vegan food for us.
